Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery delays may occur due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Grace with Essence is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to update your order before it ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to have been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Shipping Fees
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable, except where required by law.
