At Grace with Essence, we are committed to providing high-quality fragrance oils and ensuring every order is carefully prepared and packaged.
Due to the personal nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds on perfume oils once an order has been delivered.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@gracewithessence.com. Include your order number and photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution.
